Refund policy

We aim to quality check all of our products to ensure they are of the highest quality, and as such we guarantee to exchange any item deemed to be imperfect or refund your money. 

Returns:

If you change your mind and would like return your order to us, please email us at sales@arbrasgallery.co.uk (including your Order Number in the email) and we will provide you with a returns address. The item must be in its' original condition, packaging and box. We advise our customers to use a Tracked or Signed For service in order to prevent their items from being lost in transit. Please ensure you have returned the package within 14 days in order to obtain a refund/exchange as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Once your goods have been received back and have passed inspection, you will receive a refund for the price you paid for the item, plus the standard shipping cost. Please note - if you originally chose to upgrade your shipping, we unfortunately cannot refund the difference. We also do not currently offer refunds on the postage cost of returning the item.

Imperfect/Faulty Items:

If you have received an item which you believe is imperfect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Returns for imperfect good must be made within 3 working days of delivery.

Any damaged packaging must be kept for an inspection upon demand by the shipping company. Only once this has been adhered to will items be replaced or a full refund given.

Please note: Engraved/customised goods may not be returned or refunded, please take extra care when placing your order and stating your engraving instructions to avoid any error.
