Shipping policy

The majority of our orders placed by 1pm GMT are shipped the same day we receive them - except for at weekends and bank holidays when they will be sent on the next working day.

If an item needs to be engraved, please allow for 2-3 days longer to dispatch depending on how busy our engraver is.

Orders for customers in the UK are sent via Royal Mail. Overseas orders are sent either by Royal Mail or Fedex courier service.

Please note that if you order products for delivery destinations outside the UK, VAT will not be included in your final cost. Your order may however, be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches its destination. We have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount - you will be responsible for payment of them.

For international orders, your delivery price will be calculated at check-out based on your location.

* As mentioned above, VAT is not paid in the UK for any International orders. These are all subject to import duty and taxes on arrival in the country of destination.

 

Please note: in certain circumstances we may adjust the shipping charge (up to 10%) up or down according to the weight or volume of your parcel and we will advise you on receipt of your order if there are any cost changes.
